Trails Massage
Mobile remedial massage across Canberra — whether you need post-sports recovery, tension relief or just time to unwind, we bring expert care to your doorstep.
Services
Trails Massage offers mobile massage on Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the ACT. If you’re outside the ACT, please get in touch before booking as there is a small fee associated with travel costs.
I’ll need an open area of about 3m x 2m to set up my portable massage table and move comfortably around it. If you’re unsure whether your space is suitable, feel free to call or send me a photo before your appointment!
Trails Massage works in partnership with CBR Massage which is why you may see CBR Massage branding on some forms or booking systems.
Whilst I am qualified to do dry needling I unfortunately don’t offer this as a mobile service. If you wish to receive dry needling (or simply prefer massage in a clinic environment) feel free to make a booking with me at CBR Massage in Lyneham on Wednesday through Fridays.

About Me
I’m Ben!
My journey into massage began in 2022 with a simple goal: to volunteer at aid stations for ultra-endurance events. But once I started my Cert IV in Massage Therapy, I quickly realised how much I enjoyed helping people feel and move better. That passion led me to complete my Diploma and step fully into the industry. Since 2023, I’ve worked at CBR Massage, one of Canberra’s top clinics, and worked regularly with the Canberra Raiders, helping a wide range of clients recover, perform, and feel their best.
I started Trails Massage after noticing a gap in Canberra for a high quality mobile massage service, one that supports people who can’t always make it to the clinic, or simply prefer to relax and recover in their own space.
My experience as a runner, cyclist, and ultramarathon participant has given me a strong desire to help others achieve their goals through a combination of massage, education, and identifying movement patterns that may be causing pain or could be improved.
I also have a keen interest in mental health and the ways it affects our bodies. I enjoy helping people manage muscle pain brought on by stress, anxiety, or depression, and I believe massage can be a powerful way to relax, reset, and recharge.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors, cycling up and down Canberra’s hills, hitting the trails for a run (rainy days are my favourite), or exploring a new hike. I’m also an active member of the SES and a regular blood plasma donor, with 99 donations at the time of writing!
